I have a bench power supply 0-30 0-3amps and I was going to use it to
power one axis on a stepperworld FET3 system. When I try to adjust
the voltage, the supply keeps tripping as I go over 2 volts. I have
used another supply on the same board at 12 volts and it pulled 2
amps. Why does my bench supply keep tripping? Do I need to put a
switch with a cap between the bench supply and the driver, adjust the
voltage and then throw the switch?
