Busy Bee Tools in Canada carrys a dozen or more titles in this series.
Check Products - Books. They're at http://www.busybeetools.com/
unfortunately they don't list #027 - although that's where I purchased
my copy. It is a very useful resource to help you get started making
your own spindles - particularly for a tool post grinder.

If you can't find it elsewhere you might try emailing them - they may be
able to help.
