I found them, as well as the Gingery, books at:

Unfortunately, they are priced at #21.50 apiece. They have a, "special internet
deal", where if you get 3, the price goes down to $19.50 each, and $4.00 off if
you get all 7 Dave Gingery books, ($55.75).

Anyone got better pricing?
