I see you are referencing the high lubricity resins from Philadelphia Resin.
Have you actually used this product yet? I am working on a project to cut
indoor balsa sheets (1-1/8X18X.007"-.030")and just ordered a 1/2 lbs kit of
the resin yesterday to use as the bearings for the cross slide. I was a
little shocked at the price (US$66.00 for the 1/2 lbs), but wanted to give
the product a try.
I would sure be interested in any input or hints before I cast my first
bearing.
