Wood, with a shop vac connected to the router.
Most light dust will get evacuated with no problem and the shop will
not get dusty. larger pieces will fly some distance, but can get
cleaned up easily. this does not produce exact duplicates as tool
sharpness my cause vibration once you switch to metal, but it offers
a simple test of the g-code.
