There is a software called NSBasic which bears a close resemblance to Visual
Basic, going so far as to interface with VB on the desk top. I suspect that
before to long a
shared library will be developed allowing the use of the Palm
to directly control many real world applications. Palm also has
software being developed to take advantage of Java, Visual C++
Wireless, and IR opportunities. It is amazing what is available
for "Palm" products.
