hi,

if it is moving ok at the beginning, and just vibrates after a while, i guess you have set max speed (feedrate) too high. at the beginning the controller is accelerating, so sending pulses more and
more often. at a point the motor/drive cannot follow. also can try decreasing the acceleration.
