Centrifugal collet was Re: Dynamoyion circuit driller/router

Centrifugal collet... Never heard of such a thing before. Sounds like
a great idea. How to "hack" one together, Hmmmm

Lights are going on, and gears turning... (in my head) Sure would
make sense for a pcb drill holder...

Anyone have any links, pics, explanations?
