Hi All!!
I've a sherline mill retrofited to cnc,and becouse there is no way of upgrad it
to ballscrews on x/y axis(the backlash increases very fast)I've think in buying the minimill from Grizzly and upgrade it to zero lash ballscrews.
Has anyone tried that? I'm thinking in use 16mm zerolash ballnuts from Techno Isel they are about 2 1/2" wide x 1" long x 1" high, and costs around $ 77,00.
If anyone owns the MInimill could you tell me if there space to put ballscrews on any axis?
Thank's
Fogassa.
