Allan,
Anocast by Anorad is one source. It was used by Light machines
corporation in their Spectralight cnc mills, and got a lot of
industrial press a few years back...
Try also Ciba-Geigy for similar material(s)

P.S. Greg Pettingill (Cote design) did some work with metal filled
urethane for Dennis Bohlke at Super-tech. Bohlke's Roborouter is made
of castings of this stuff...
