Mandrake Control Center is a Mandrake thing - The BDI is RedHat based, so it
wouldn't be included. There is a text based set up utility called setup which
will allow you to adjust the system - But you will need to switch to a text
console using the Ctrl-Alt-F1 keys and run the following commands :

init 3
setup

Using the cursor and tab keys, you can select the "X configuration" option
and mess around with the settings to your hearts content.

Tip - Select a "Graphical Login" when asked unless you enjoy using the
command line prompt.
