This is your best bet. The 10% high is no big concern, the 25 x rated
voltage is a very rough
guide, as much below that the speed suffers. Note that almost certainly
these motors were
running from a 130 V supply with the original controller.

You should not go UP in voltage without checking the rating on the
capacitors. The
markings might be on the side, hidden by the clamp. But, you can
certainly go down
in voltage.
