2000 line encoder for lathe threading... Where to find????

Anyone in the group have or know where one could purchase an encoder for a small Sherline lathe for threading feedback? Specs need to be: Incremental 2000 line, +5 supply voltage, a duel quadrature plus index w/complements output, ttl buffer (7406) open collector output type, 100khz data, 40khz index frequency responce.
