Me too.
I use a DOS boot disk in the floppy for DOS or pull it out for Win.
I do know that you can tap (repeatidly) the F8 key while booting to
get to the selection screen, just after the CMOS test, and before the
first Win splash screen. Not a good fix, but workable.
My problem is that for T-CNC I want not run Emm386 or Himem to let T-
CNC work with slightly better performance. And that would need a
seperate autoexec.bat and config.sys files
