Funny you should ask ,... this weekend I wiring one up. Well wiring up
is the wrong term. Just two IC's (7490's ) per encoder, nothing else.
Will divide by 2 , 5 ,or 10 . Cost me 4.99 a three pack at the local
electronics store

Sure beats $ 120.00 for 3 new encoders
