Photo to Cam

Awhile back I found a piece of software that allowed you to take a
basic image )bmp, jpg, gif, tiff,..) and it will convert it into a
3d vector file for CNC routing, milling, and engraving. Anyone know
where I might find this software again. The closest I got was the
link below but there was another site that had this type of software.
Just for reference I am using Mastercam and Autocad.
