Actually, it's a Unix tar file that's been compressed with gzip. This file
format is common on Unix/Linux systems like .zip files are common on
DOS/Windows systems. I'm going to assume you're running either DOS or
Windows, so if you have a current version of Winzip or Winrar on your system,
that should open this type of file (if you're runnng Linux, the command "tar
xzvf bmp2cnc-0.22.tgz" will do the trick). If you don't have a program that
can decompress the .tgz file, let me know and I can e-mail you just
bmp2cnc.exe and the README file which should get you started.
