G92 X110 should change the coord of current tool position to X=100
(shift program origin 110 to the left) but in one sample program
(_sample11.nc) the simulator shifted the program origin 110 to the
right instead.
Also, G02, G03 invoked in the ZX plane without need for invoking G18,
plus in the ZX plane for G02 and G03 the rotation sense is as seen
from -Y axis instead of +Y axis.
Will like to hear comments from regular users of cncsimulator if this
is so.
