Machine Tool Reconditioning Book

The main reason I made the offer to this group is that
I feel an affinity to this group because I have
learned so much from it (still a complete novice) and
wanted to do something that I thought was positive and
make a contribution to the group.
I've noticed that there is sometimes a problem with
semantics in the posts I read. John states that Ken
Garver is already making the same offer on the HSM
board. I think that there are many people on CCED
that are not members of the HSM board and wouldn't
have known about the availability of the book. Also
the "same" offer there will cost you more money. Is
that the same? True, the difference is just a coupla
bucks but may be as much as $10 more depending on how
I'm able to ship the book. If I can I'll ship by
Priority Mail at no extra cost.
Ken Garver is doing a wonderful job in making the book
available and I wouldn't disparage his efforts in any
way, shape or form.
I won't get into how it seems that we have somehow
acquired another "List Mom" to monitor what goes on
with the posts to this group. Have a good day!
