I don't know whether this is configurable in Turbo CNC. If it has a
setup file, there may be a parameter in there for the polarity of the
direction bit.

Otherwise, just switch the wires of ONE phase of each stepper
motor between the motor and the stepper driver.

That will accomplish the reversal of the motors.
