there is no reason you cannot use your CNC machine for making
brackets, hangers, propellers, finger rings, other jewelery and
pretty much any metal part.

Your mill will be, I assume, 3 axis with the very simple possiblility
to add a 4th axis.

For stainless steel parts and carbide cutters, you would not want to
go nearly that fast. I think I was milling some hard steel a few
weeks about at around 500 RPM. Drilling tiny holes (1/16) in
aluminum I use 3,600 (top speed) on one machine, 10,000 RPM on
another and 25,000 on yet another.

What type of work do you want to do ? that would help us a lot
better to know what is needed as far as machining goes. And, chances
are, there are people on here doing the exact same thing you want to
do.
