Questions on allegro uln5804 for my project......

I am going to use this to drive my stepper motor. My motor is rated
at 3.72 VDC and 2.5 AmpsDC and the chip is

Which is rated at what seems like 1.5 Amps and (the part I am unsure
about) 35 VDC. If it is really 35 VDC and 1.5 A then it is set, but
if it is 1.5 A regardless of voltage, then ohhh well.....

Another question, I saw no input for a clock signal on the chip. I
am assuming the step input would be oscillating since there is no
dedicated clock input and one shot for a single step. Thanks for any
