Unfortunately, the HTML version is incomplete (though it does have the
illustrations for the chapters covered) and the PDF version, while
complete, is missing all the illustrations. But for a general
getting-around-in-Mastercam, it should be a start.

I've only been tutorialed in V8 a little by a couple of machinists at work,
so I'm no MC expert by any means. To me, the various versions look pretty
much alike (they're on 9.1 in the machine shop now)
