I do not use CNC-Pro or run a lathe on CNC so this is only a
suggestion to try. Do you need to change the "plane" which you are
trying to run the G02 code in. ie. Should your code look like:-
G18 (select x:z plane)
G02 X??? Z??? J??? K??? F???

Just something to try.
