cap sizes needed. very simple spreadsheet.
If you plan on doing any changing of motors, considder doing the
spreadsheet and then listing each potential motor. then buy the cap
that fits your needs.
cap sizes go up on lower voltages so it is well worth the time to
test multiple ranges.
with a 48 v transformer you would get around 67 volts DC
that comes out to 1,179 uF per amp
if you used 24vAC trans and 34VDC it is 2,357uF/amp.
