Dear Abby<G>

Try some of the composite wood decking material. I think it is great
for prototyping and sacrificial use. It taps well and can be glued to
itself and PVC type fittings with the familiar plumbers general
purpose cement. The stuff I have use is called Epoch decking. You can
look at www.epochwood.com
