Peter,

GenGCode produces G/M code files which can then be run from any machine
regardless of size. I currently have a few users testing it on "real" CNC
machines.

As Ron Ginger has pointed out, the caveat is that you need to run the g-code
file through whatever program you are using to drive the machine. In most
instances this is straight forward especially if you are using a program
such as mach1/2, since both of these and GenGCode run under windows.

This means that operations can be done quite seamlessly. It also means that
you can save the g-code files for future use on repetitive operations. Most
people already have driver software installed and properly tuned to their
machine(s) so producing only G-Code files is appealing to many users.

Cheers,

Mark
