Rutex servo drivers compared to servos to go?

What is the difference between the Rutex and Servo to go servo
driver? They both get feed back? With the servos to go it seems you
need to use a power amplifier, but with the Rutex all you need is a
power supply? Does anyone have any expierience with either of these
for servo use? HELP
