George,

You are very welcome.

The new version of the G-code in located in the files section, george_2.fgc.
This is set up to use a 3/4" endmill, and will produce the part you are
wanting to cut. I suggest a raw material size of 2.25 x 3.25 x .5 inches to
get the finished part in the correct size without having to worry about
cutting air or being off a couple of thousands in part setup. Good luck,
let me know how it turns out.

I am glad to be able to help people when I have the time and knowledge.
This was really simple, I drew it up, saved it as a .dxf file and imported
it into the demo version of FlashCUT 2.0 to generate the g-code. Many
people on this and other lists have helped me, I try to return the favor by
helping others when I can.
