George,
Sorry for not responding to this sooner. The radius of a 12" circle
is 6", the radius of an 11" circle is 5.5", so the difference would
give you a part 1/2" wide. Using a radius of 5" for the inner arc
will give you a part 1" wide.
I just saw your message about using a 3/4" endmill, I will redo the
g-code this evening and post it in place of what I put up last night.
I am at work now and don't have all the proper software tools on my
laptop to get it done for you here. Sorry for the delay, I should
have read my email when I got up this morning.
