handwheel dials and ballscrew diameters

I thought to ask this of you guys -

Is there anyone selling .200"/rev handwheel
dials that might fit or be adaptable to a Rong Fu?
(yeah, I know they're easy enough to
make, but I'm looking to save time in my life)

Also, just out of curiousity (and after having already ordered mine)
I thought to ask what diameter ballscrew people are using when
they convert their Rong Fu sized mini mills?
