Weyland:

W.M. Berg comes to mind, but their stuff is SUPER-precision, and they seem to
be overly proud of their products. But is IS exceedingly nice precision
stuff!

Second, and I think I DID once see 0-0.200" per turn handwheel-dials in their
catalog: J.W. Winco, Inc. I do NOT see a web-address in their massive
catalog, so try a Google search. SURELY they have a site! Their stuff is mostly
made in Churmuny, so is very, very precision stuff, indeed! I used some of
their engraved handwheels for a couple of small lathes I built, and it is all
very fine stuff! Goggle 'em!

If no luck, then perhaps what you have bought is Rong F' U ! ! !
