I am running Bridgett (Bridgeport Series II) with similar motors on a 65
- 68 VDC power supply and Gecko G320 drives. The breakout board is a
very basic unit from Dan at Camtronics that sells for about $30. Been
running this setup for about 2 years and it is all working great. Yes, I
could get faster rapids with a higher voltage power supply. But the
current setup is very conservative and reliable with X & Y rapids at 120
ipm. Seemed like plenty to me and I don't have to worry about blowing a
drive.
