RPM speed SOT

Using servo's on a router/engraver and need to know
what max travel speed to set for. These are geared
units with a max out put of a 150 rpm. Horsepower is
rated at 1/11, 4.6 amp 24 volt. Ball screw is 4 tpi
and table travel is 13" x 26". Should I up gear 2 or 3
times?
