I've used Bobcad/CAM. Depending on how the DXF file was created, it
may already have the arcs broken into segments. I have only done one
DXF -> CNC part, I think. But, I have made a number of parts with
Bobcad/CAM
and it worked fine in 2D, never had a problem. I had one 3D surface that
didn't quite wrap onto the guide lines the way I wanted. but, there was no
surprise, it drew exactly on the screen what it was going to do, and I went
ahead and used it the way it was. So, I think Bobcad/CAM could do it,
but there are better programs, it seems, from the messages on this list.
