Actually, you do have the part number, it's an E2 encoder, the 250 is the
CPR and the 197 is the shaft diameter. That's where there looks to ba a
small problem, or posible difference between the motors. A 3/16" dia shaft
would need an E2-XXX-187. An E2-XXX-197 is for a 5mm diameter shaft. Eric,
you may wish to re-measure your shaft dia. and verify it is 3/16" and not
5mm
