If there are 4 wires, or terminals on the primary side, you may have a
reconnectable 115/230 volt unit, in which case, just 'parallel' the
primaries for 15v input. If you have 3 wires or terminals on the primary,
you may have a 'tapped' primary which could be wired for 115 (between one
wire & common) or 230 (between the 'other' wire & common). If you only have
two wires or terminals on the pri, and it's a 230v unit, you can get
37.5Vac from the 75v output, and/or 60Vac from the 120v output... if you
put 115Vac on the primary. Sorry, that's the best I can do fer ya.
