Basicly - yes. I'm leaning to the circuit in PowerSupply.pdf dated
06/16/2002. One might want to beef up the drain a little. I have to
look at the current ratings there. I'd want a very fast discharge of
the capacitors. There will be enough energy stored in them to do
some serious welding.
