long as you asked here is the information. I am offering a 4 axis
turnkey controller that comes with everything prewired including the
motor connectors as long as you go with a PacSci motor with the Amp
plugs. I am currently running my Taig on it and it is working great. All
you do is plug in the cables to the motors and the back of the
controller box, connect the computer to the box with the included DB25
cable and plug it into the wall. It includes 2 110V receptacles that are
computer controlled that you can use for spindle and coolant or whatever
else you choose. It has a hardware e-stop on the top of the box that
kills the 110V receptacles and the drives. It is an 8X microstepping
control that puts out up to 2.5 amps. Cost is $475 for the complete
unit. All you add is a Taig or Sherline mill, NEMA 23 motors (that I can
provide for additional cost), a computer, and the controller program of
your choice. Pictures at http://www.timgoldstein.com/cnc/cncbox.asp and
you can order it on my Sherline e-commerce site where I also list this
box, Mach1/Mach 2 licenses, and DeskCNC licenses and control boards.
Anyone interested contact me off list at timg@... ( for the
website that kills the e-mail addresses here it is timg AT ktmarketing
DOT com Just change the capitalized part to the proper symbols and put
it together without the spaces)
