Hello,
This is a little bit off topic, but since several home hobbist here
are also involved in the CNC manufacturing industry, I thought I
would get some opinions from this group.
I am curious if there is a market for CNC program revision control.
I am currently writing a software program for work that will allow
the CNC operators to load the default CNC revision program to their
machines. The programmer has access to the CNC program library and
is able to select, compare, edit, different revision levels for a
specific program. This allows for backward revision capibilities if
the customer goes from revision 4 back to revision 2.
Thank you,
Wayne
