There's not a lot out there.
I've got Bud Guitrau's book on EDM and it's OK on basic EDM theory but not
much on the specifics of when to orbit with one paradigm vs another.
I think the manuals provided by Charmilles are probably the best bet for
starters...but even these may not be much use to you.
Most guys I know (myself included) puzzled it out by thinking a lot, and
then screwing up a lot.
