Gee, thanks for the plug! But, I'm not sure that this is a very good
tutorial. It is more of a stream-of-conciousness ramble in slow motion
of the last 5 years or so of experimenting with machining in general,
and CNC retrofits. And, it pertains a lot to higher-end machines
with true analog servo drives, high-accuracy ground ballscrews,
gauge blocks, hand scraping and all sorts of arcane stuff that I've
gotten into.
