There is no tool file in RS-274-D. It is a single ASCII text file
with number and letter commands that make CNC machines move,fast or
slow, in cicles and straight lines, up and down, change tools, turn
on coolant, turn the spindle on CW or CCW, use cutter comp or not,
drill holes, etc.
