Hi Larry,

I am also converting a mini-mill(Harbor Freight) to CNC. I am using
a kit to save time. It is from: http://members.cox.net/kdntool/.
Take a look at this site and you may decide to go with this setup
also. Along with basic kits they sell motors, controllers, software
and coming soon, ball screws for the X and Y axis.
