Re: EMC stg2mod.o and problem with homing

PROBLEM WITH SOURCEFORGE EMC AND RCSLIB DOWNLOAD
Hi Paul and group!
I had downloaded the TortoiseCVS (a CVS client software) reccomended
at sourceforge web site.
i creat a folder on desktop, right click and select the
CVS checkout option. a dialog box apears it has various fields to
fill.
i copied the following string :

"cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@...:/cvsroot/emc login"

other fields (protocl,server,repository folder user name) are filled
automatically
then i fill module field with "rcslib"
i hit OK button, i see now a new dialog box
that asks for password i hit enter it disappears and then reapears
and this keeps happening
I am unable to download the rcslib and emc

i had repeated this whole process with another string found on the
sourceforge
"cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@...:/cvsroot/emc co
rcslib"

but unable to download rcslib and emc please help!
isnt there any easy method than this to my EMC homing problem?
