The bug fix made it's way in to CVS towards the end of last year (I got it
wrong the first time). See http://sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=6744 for
instructions on downloading the sources from Sourceforge (checkout both
rcslib and emc). Assuming you did the Developer's Install from the BDI-2.xx
CD, all you'll need to do is copy the rcslib and emc sources to /usr/local
and run the compile script in /usr/local.

A word of caution - STG_BASE_ADDRESS is now IO_BASE_ADDRESS.
