Shot in the dark here: How about drawing a line around the sink where
the cutout should fit. Use a digital camera to take a pic from above.
Use a program such as TurboCAD where you can load a picture in. Then
trace around it with Bezier splines. Measure the a dimension on the
sink, then scale the drawing to match.

I have programs to convert TurboCADs exported HPGL to g-code, if you
need them.

I used this technique to copy a silk screened design from a wooden box,
which I debossed on another piece of wood.
