T Slot aluminum/linear motion

I was just at the 8020 " http://www.8020.net "
web site and saw that they have a linear slide bearing
kit, they also have pinch rollers that fit into the t
slot groove to provide rolling. would either of these
methods work for linear motion in a CNC router? seems
like a very simple and clean setup if they are tight
enough to provide for the motion without being too
sloppy for accuracy. The slide bearing kit is like a C
that has plastic blocks machined to fit into the
grooves of the extrusions on 3 sides. Seems like a
easy way to provide motion for the long axis of a
router table.....?????
