Hi Rich,

I make it up so that the cable is Male-Female, a standard extension
cable. So I put male connectors on the driver/PS box. I use this pin
assignment, borrowed from MaxNC step/dir. I believe the step and
direction lines are "swapped" from this pinout for EMC. A "patch box"
(DB25 male to DB25 female) is available from Radio Shack, and allows one
to easily make a "patch" to change from one "standard" to another. Or
simply wire up a make and a female connector to make a short patch
cable.
