I would suggest that Italy would be a good place to search for CNC
sites. Italian is pretty easy for Spanish speakers. The Italians are
big on machine tools, programming, and CNC. I haven't searched for sites
or newsgroups for obvious reasons but before I would go to Brasil, I'd
try Italy.
